On Thursday (9th June) Cheltenham Borough Council announced temporary changes to their planning rules in order to aid business recovery as the pandemic lockdown begins to unwind. The Council states they will become one of the first local authorities in the country to accelerate applications for temporary changes to the use of public areas and private land.
